Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup Dijon or stone-ground mustard
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves, optional
- 236.59ml light brown sugar
- 118.29ml Dijon or stone-ground mustard
- 1.07g ground cloves, optional
A tasty and rich glaze to add color, flavor and shine to your holiday ham.
Preparation
STEP 1
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl to form a glaze. Set mixture aside until ready to glaze ham.
STEP 2
Use for basting lightly during cooking, and then to thickly coat ham during last 20-30 minutes of cooking.
